You will further explore “Hung Song” – a vocal practice that emphasizes deep undertones produced through a nasal “Nggg” sound. Research has shown that humming through the nose can significantly increase the production of nitric oxide (NO), a molecule that supports oxygen uptake, healthy circulation, immune function, and respiratory health. Some traditions compare nitric oxide to the concept of “Chi” or life-force energy.
It is believed that Hung Song can be used to direct awareness and intention toward specific areas of the body, supporting presence, a sense of energetic balance and purification.
